These homes are 100% IBC/IRC Coded Tiny Homes built to 150 MPH wind Loads for Louisiana. Other tiny homes may have been built with exceptions made in the codes, RV codes, and some use a mixture of numerous different codes that may not be acceptable for Louisiana, but ours are 100% Residential Approved. These homes can also be used as an In-Law suite in a backyard, Hunting Camps, Studio Suite Homes, etc. We will be happy to provide all data to each customer to assure that local and state governments will have the proof of IRC/IBC coded Cabins meeting residential regulations. Restrictions in some areas will set a minimum size home and that will be important in making sure you order the correct size Cabin for your area, subdivision, etc.
Yes, we will Deliver and Block for each unit. The blocks must be supplied by the customer and at site for time of delivery. Some connections will require a licensed contractor to pull permits and do the work. This is not an overwhelming task. The utility set up consists of Electric underground utilities, pouring of foundation if required, plumbing and Sewer Connections under the home. Most site improvements that will be needed can be rolled into your mortgage. Depending on area we may be able to refer reputable contractors.
Yes, delivery within 40 miles is priced into the Homes/Cabins. When exceeding 40 miles there will be additional delivery costs and will be addressed on a case-to-case basis..
No we do not offer financing ourselves, but we do assist by putting you in touch with lenders. These Homes will qualify for a mortgage when placing on land and putting land up as collateral.
